Racing at cadilac

The number one spot that i love to race is at Cadillac I race there two times a month. The reason why i race there so much is that it is close to my house and it is not that far of a drive from my house. last year I took 3rd overall in the points standing in the class c racing well this summer I jumped to class b and i didnt do to well I took 16th in the point standing this year at Cadillac. Cadillac race way is a very hard track to race on cause i only get to ride on it two times a month and they change the track pretty much for every race where people that get a membership to the track they can ride it every day that they want to ride so me amd my dad try to practice every day during the summer so that i can do good but most of the time it doent help because class b riders are so fast and im just trying to get use to riding with faster riders. Most of the time somthing always happens to me like the last race of the year I was in third and some how I cased a jump cause this guy kept pushing me over so that I would move and i went off the jump side ways and cased it and fell and I was so mad that I didnt even want to finish the race but the person who was pushing me around was my good friend Dan and i could understand cause next year when we have are first race i am going to puh him around but thats racing you fall and you just get back up. When i was racing c class last year I fell and broke my arm and poped my shoulder out of place in the last race and it sucked and i had a concussion that nocked me out cold until I got to the hospital cause i got landed on by another rider cause i doubled the jump instead of tripling it cause I got cross rutted and i couldnt triple it and he did and as I was coming over he landed on me and thats what happened.

  1. hey there, sounds like me when I was 18. Still ride also when I can. Be safe and enjoy the sport. It's fun.

  2. Wow--this sounds like a pretty crazy and dangerous sport, Eric. What do you think keeps you doing it? Especially when you say that you have gotten really hurt and you feel disadvantaged in Cadillac, I think that you must be nuts to keep doing this. What do you get out of it? Is it the danger and risk or the excitement or the competition? I'd be curious to hear.

  3. That sound pretty cool. And it would be really neat to watch a race. I'm sure it gets really intense during the race.

  4. Wow, now that's up my alley. I know what you mean about the rush part, I used to race back in my younger days. That is one sport I do like. I like the fast pace. dollie
